
Training sessions are designed to meet the needs and goals of every individual! Each person is different and there is no specific prescription that works the same for everyone. We apply exercise science for each individual to deliver real results! General fitness and wellness, body building, power lifting, strength and conditioning, weight loss, and many others all have different styles of training. We apply those styles to you to get you where you need to be!
We begin with a consultation that includes a few assessments to determine the starting point for a client. Some facilities skip this crucial part which leads to either overtraining or injury. The process for the consultation includes: verbal assessment to discuss needs and goals, stress assessment to determine cardio level and recovery ability, core assessment to understand any imbalances and starting point (core strength is vital to full body movement), and a movement assessment to determine any tight muscles or apparently weak muscles to dial in the training program. With this assessment we can design workouts to start individuals safely and to progress in a way that clients see a huge change in how they live and feel!
