There are many factors in fitness and it comes down to understanding how they all work together to see endless results. Pinnacle started as a group that wanted to be as strong as possible and lead to powerlifting, which is the complete understanding strength training! Some people lift heavy, some people lift to build bigger muscles, but regardless of which, we all want to improve.

Doctors told Kelly she couldn’t lose any more weight. She came to Pinnacle and within 10 months working with one of our trainers, Anna, Kelly packed on 20 pounds of muscle and has completely changed her life! She wanted to flip one of our tires, but was unable to do so… now she is flipping the 225 pound tire endlessly!
